You hold two keys on your own devices. SimplB safeguards the third key on a separate device as a non custodial co signer.
No single key can move funds on its own.

What’s included

• 2 client hardware devices: Trezor and Ledger, configured as your two signing keys.
• 1 SimplB co signer key: SimplB maintains the third key on a Coldcard as the additional signature when needed.
• 2 steel backup plates: durable fire and water resistant plates for your recovery backups.
• Vault setup session: up to four hours remote or in person setup, configuration, and verification.
• Initial transaction support: we guide you through receiving, creating, and signing your first transaction correctly.
• Recovery and handover guidance: clear instructions for emergencies, key loss scenarios, and inheritance planning.

Ongoing management

This is a managed service with an ongoing management fee. The management fee covers co signer key safeguarding, operational support, and ongoing guidance to help you maintain a strong security posture over time.
Fees, responsibilities, and service boundaries are confirmed during onboarding.

How the Managed Vault works

• 2-of-3 security: any spend requires two signatures.
• You stay in control: you hold two keys, so you can always approve spending.
• SimplB cannot move funds alone: our co signer key cannot spend without your signed approval.
• Resilience by design: if a device is lost or damaged, the Vault can be recovered using your backups and remaining key.

What you do not need

• No full node requirement
• No dedicated PC for Bitcoin operations
• No advanced technical knowledge to run day to day signing

Delivery and important notes

Vaults are usually delivered as part of a personal engagement. If an installation timeline has not been pre arranged, lead times can be up to a month to secure hardware stock and schedule your setup session. We limit installs per technician because the process has no margin for error.

No refunds are issued on devices purchased and shipped to your address.
